I was born and raised on Okinawa. I left the island after I graduated from Kubasaki High School. I now have a home in Santa Cruz, California and travel frequently to Okinawa. I've worked at Apple Computer and various startups over 18 years in the software industry. I recently quit my job at Microsoft (9 years at the Silicon Valley campus) .
