I am not sure if you can help me, but it's worth a try. My son is serving in Okinawa and his mother and I would like to have a cake delivered to him thru the USO Cake Program. I have been unable to contact the USO about this program, and we need to know more details than the site gives. Could you please send me a contact that I may reach either by e-mail or phone call.
