Limited and sometimes biased information gives people an unbalanced perspective.

It is important to make efforts
towards understanding each other.
Let's keep in touch and share our opinions.
We should be open to critical opinions.

Responsible Manager Akira Sato

To see the responces from Americans for our apeal, most of the people who are against our opinion -the removal of U.S. Marines from Japan- refered to the cruelty of Japanese armies during the World War II or the surprise attack at Pearl harbor, and most of them said "Make an apology for the fact that Japanese have done in the past, as well as understanding more about it.". Certainly, we must say there is a big difference of understanding the war between Japanese and American. In fact, we didn't touch on the war in our last apeal at all. however, it is true that most of us do hope the peace, so we did apeal our opinion on the newspaper. It may be natural that many of negative responces were sent by veterans and Marine concerned. Regarding what they fought for, it seemed that the apeal denied the cause of participation in the war for them.
