International Comic Festival recognizes Susumu Higa from Okinawa

Kevin Maher, U.S. diplomat and former Director of Japanese Affairs, made discriminatory remarks towards the Okinawan people, stating that they are too lazy [to make goya] and accusing them of manipulation and distortion.
